Shipping & Delivery — Habitat Furnishes

Free UK Delivery

We offer free standard delivery across the UK mainland on all orders over £100.

Door-to-Door Delivery

All orders are shipped directly to your door — no collection points, no inconvenience. Your furniture arrives at your address with no action required on your part.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) between 9am and 5pm. Please note that while we aim to deliver within these estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, high seasonal demand, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier partner will leave a card with their contact details so you can arrange a new delivery date at your convenience.

Important Delivery Notes

We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. For deliveries outside the UK mainland (including Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland), please contact us at contact@habitatfurnishes.com for a delivery quote.

Checking Your Order

Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us within 3 working days if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to resolve any issues with our logistics partners promptly on your behalf. Claims reported after this window may be more difficult to process.
