Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. For Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us at contact@habitatfurnishes.com for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Deliveries are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
What materials are used in your furniture?

Are your products ready to use or require assembly?
Most items arrive partially assembled with clear instructions included. Assembly typically takes under 10 minutes.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery in real time.
How are your prices so low?
As an online-only retailer, we avoid the costly overheads of physical showrooms and high street stores. We work directly with established manufacturers, cutting out middlemen and passing those savings on to you — premium quality without the inflated price tag.
Can I visit your showroom?
We don't have a physical showroom at this time. Operating 100% online is what allows us to keep our prices competitive. However, we're always happy to provide additional product images or details to help you feel confident in your purchase.
What is the quality of your products like?

Will I get a VAT invoice?
