Our Promise

We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we've made the returns process as straightforward as possible.

14-Day Returns

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You can choose a full refund or an exchange — whichever you prefer, no questions asked.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you, including any original delivery charges.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, ordered in error, not suitable), return shipping is at the customer's expense. We believe in keeping our prices fair and transparent rather than inflating them to absorb return costs. If you are returning your full order, your original delivery charge will be refunded in full.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact our team at info@habitatfurnishes.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with full instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
